The core of the book will focus on predicting hydrographs on models based on data and those based on processes. A key chapter will then look at uncertainty in model predictions. The book ends with a look at how to predict future climates and land use change giving examples of good and bad practice.   This book will provide an introduction to rainfall-runoff models which have been developed over the last 25-30 years giving examples of their practical applications. The book will provide a summary of available techniques for rainfall modelling based upon the most recent research but in a way that serves as a primer to the subject. The book will provide an overview to how catchment rainfall-runoff systems work along with a history of rainfall- runoff models.
