The concept for this has evolved from a recent special issue of our journal Geofluids. To give added value to the product, the book will contain (1) A revised and updated introduction (by Eds. Ingebritsen and Gleeson); (2) added "bridging" material at the beginning of each section of the book (by the Eds.); (3) a consolidated and updated reference list; and (4) a dedicated webpage with electronic data supplements; (5) several new invited papers. In fact, a number of authors were unable to meet the thematic-issue timeline, and these authors will be encouraged to contribute to this new volume.

  关于发货时间：
• 一般情况下：
